We use fresh local produce such as free range Godshill eggs, duck, pigeon, pheasant, Isle of Wight pork and lamb, fresh fish supplied from Ventnor Haven Fisheries. All our steaks are full flavoured British beef and can be accompanied by a full range of our homemade sauces.
