The hotel is one of the oldest original coaching inns on the Isle of Wight and has been carefully refurbished to retain much of its charm and atmosphere. A selection of our bedrooms at Yellf's Hotel have picturesque views across Ryde and the Solent. Our rooms range from Singles to Suites and Four-bedded rooms, and accommodate every visitors' needs, from holiday makers to business visitors. All 40 bedrooms are superbly appointed and are en-suite with selected Sky TV, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and courtesy tea and coffee making facilities. Yelf's Hotel has several designated Smoking Rooms, please ask for details.

Bromley House is an addition to Yelf's Hotel with 9 excellent rooms for those looking for self-catering accommodation. There are selected rooms which are self-contained with kitchen and bathroom, and we have a fully-equipped room for the disabled and a lift to the first floor. Bromley House also has off-road car parking for 20 vehicles.

Throughout the day and into the evening, the hotel's selection of comfortable dining areas provide a modern and stylish meeting place for holiday visitors, business people and local residents. Enjoy the comfort and luxury of the newly extended air conditioned Restaurant and Lounge, offering a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner, as well as traditional Roast Sunday Lunch. We have an excellent range of function rooms to offer the corporate business market, which provide a variety of sizes for different conference, seminar and meeting applications. For the visiting tourist, the Isle of Wight can provide entertainment and activity for all ages. The Isle of Wight is ideal for many outdoor activities, especially for walkers, and also makes a super short break destination. The Isle of Wight is a favourite holiday resort, easily accessed by frequent hovercraft and ferry services from Southsea, Portsmouth, Southampton and Lymington. The crossing takes between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the chosen service port. The Victorians built Union Street so that it provided a superb view of the Solent and Ryde Pier. It also leads you onto Ryde Esplanade which is the start of a seven mile stretch of seafront and sandy beaches. A range of local sports and leisure facilities you will find on Island Eye. A wide range of bars and two night-clubs add to Ryde’s nightlife. Our own night club - The Cellar - is also available to hire for private parties.
