Appley Beach House is a grand three storey fabulous Victorian Self-Catering Holiday Home at Appley Beach, Ryde. The accommodation is perfect for Family Beach Holidays, House Parties, Business Get-Togethers and it is available Weekly, Midweek and Weekends. The house is within an easy drive, bus or sail of the international yachting mecca of Cowes. Ample private parking is available for cars and boats within the security of electronic gated driveway entry.

Appley Beach House can offer its guests 9 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of them Master Bedrooms with splendid views over the seafront. The spacious high-ceilinged rooms are comfortably and stylishly furnished with antiques, four poster and king size beds, big sofas and armchairs in all our bedrooms. You may enjoy the large 48 inch screen TV, DVD, VCR, SKY in the spacious and comfortable lounge or having a formal dinner in a dining room with antique table seating 10+. Our sunny and relaxed kitchen-breakfast room is overlooking the sheltered flagstone courtyard, catching the sun all day with in-ground heated swimming pool. Love to play table tennis or pool you are welcome in our games rooms.

Appley Beach House is also suitable for family celebrations, team-building, ‘house parties’ in the old fashioned sense of joining together for genteel, relaxed company in beautiful surroundings. We are situated within a few minutes easy walk of Appley and Puckpool parks, Ryde Marina, Ryde town, restaurants, entertainment and fast mainland links with London only 90 minutes away by road or rail. There is excellent dining close by overlooking the beach. Stunning sunsets can be enjoyed from tables there as well as from the gardens of Appley Beach House.

Lovely long beach walks, for example Seaview to the East, Quarr Abbey to the West may be enjoyed directly from the house. These may also be cycled along esplanade and woodland paths. Along with beautiful views and walks Appley Beach House is on the round island route for cycling and sight seeing and close to spectacularly scenic golf courses at Ryde and Osborne House as well as the challenging Ventnor and Freshwater courses among many others.

Only minutes away from the mainland and so easy to reach - yet the Isle of Wight is a world apart. Measuring 23 miles by 13 miles, the Island lies just off England's South Coast.
