Medina Wharf Halt (Steam)

REF NR: 325

In 1991, three of the cut down sleeper uprights that supported the platform were still in place in the undergrowth alongside the public footpath that now follows the track. Medina Wharf was opened in 1878 for unloading coal and merchandise. A private halt was provided for workmen. It never appeared in a public timetable.
