When the Camswan and the Polbria collided in Sandown Bay in 1917, disaster ensued. This steam freight transport vessel was built in 1917 by Blyth Shipbuilding & Drydock Co. Ltd. for the Osborne S. S. Co. As of right now, it’s located in Sandown Bay, Isle of Wight, at a depth of 18 m. It has been reported that the wreckage covers a wide region of the ocean floor.
