Allied – Hurricane R1477

After coming under fire from the same Bf109s that brought down V6627 at Arreton, the aircraft that was being flown by Flt Sgt. J. Webber ended up crashing. It crashed on the northern portion of Ashey Downs, most likely on the Duxmore Farm property. The pilot had already bailed out of the aircraft and landed safely.
