Fakenham Farm and Cock-a-doodle Cafe

On the Road from Ryde to St Helens, just before the village itself, is the Fakenham Farm & Cafe. They are open 7 days a week 10am - 5pm, and all year round the entry to the farm is free, but donations are greatfully received.

This super educational working farm is an oppertunity for everyone in the family to get down on the farm and see what its all about.

 

 

Sheep and goat petting experience

There are so mnay things to see and do around the farm, so be sure to have plenty of time to work slowly around each feature making sure the kids are well versed with their new friends in what they are and what they do for us. Wolly Pigs, many young hatchlings to be seen along with goats, sheep, rabbits, horses , cats and much much more!

"Cock-a-doodle Cafe"

When you need a break then head for the "Cock-a-doodle Cafe", here you cna sit with a lovely cup of tea or coffee debating what to eat from the lovely homemade cakes or perhaps a ham salad. All these wonderful bites are made to order to make sure they are as fresh as they can be. Make sure you take time to have a good look at the "Special Board", youll never know what you amy fidn to tempt you!
