Then and Now - by Jan Toms

Those that follow the emergence of Isle of Wight history books coming onto the market will have no trouble recognizing the hand of Jan Toms.  Her new release “Then and Now” is yet another fine example of the amalgamation of yesteryear imagery with today’s reality coupled with super little historic précis carefully bringing together the hidden story between the two.  

Quite a few of the images will be new to many of you, as they have been judiciously sourced from archives and private collections that are not so readably available, making the page turning somewhat exhilarating as the user has no idea what to expect from page to page.
