REF NR: 613

The Norwegian steamship Asborg (2,750tons), built in 1896 by Short Brothers of Sutherland, fell foul on 3rd January 1918 to a torpedo attack from German submarine UC-75.  She lies in a well broken up state, 20 metres off St Catherine’s lighthouse but with much still visible.
