
Nick and Sarah Greeff hand make biltong on the farm. This is a small biltong butchery only, the nearest shops that stock the biltong are Made on the Isle of Wight in Bullen Road Ryde and The Garlic Farm Shop.
They are also part of the Local Flavours range in the large co-ops in Cowes and Freshwater. You can also buy online. The beef used is mainly from Kemphill farm in Havenstreet, the flavours are our own recipes: Black Pepper, Coriander & Worcestershire sauce, Garlic, Oak Smoked, Sweet Chilli, Air Cured Sausage.
