First heard about this place from the Island Eye website and went to stay for the weekend. Lovely spacious rooms with an upstairs area for our children to stay in. Amazing breakfast too - would definitely recommend Chale Bay Farm

Stayed here for 2 nights in April as part of a short break. Didn't expect much based on the hotel rating but was very pleased to find that the rooms were big and very clean. The food was spectacular from a very varied breakfast menu to a five course evening meal, the food was so good we never quite got through all 5 courses. I think the Wight deserves at least a 3 star rating and 5 stars for the food. Would happily return!

Cons: Absolutely NOTHING! Spacious swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna cabin and steam room :)
Pros: Very good food

Good to have The Yarbridge Inn open again!
Just returned from two weeks on the Isle of Wight and while there enjoyed a meal at The Yarbridge Inn. Wow, home cooking never tasted so good! What friendly people and the new girl at the bar was so friendly and couldn't help us enough. Nothing was too much trouble and the meals were piping hot and the desserts were scrumptious too! It is well worth a visit and book a table to avoid disappointment!!!

Cons: This inn doesn't look very big from the outside but it is worth it!!
Pros: The prices for everything was very reasonable

A peaceful place!
This must be one of the best value, free to visit attractions. Plants and trees from all over the world. Loverly gardens for peacefull walks. With a delightfull view down to the bay, the tea garden is a great place for afternoon tea. The cakes were superb...

Cons: You have to pay for parking (not a high charge) but the gardens are free to enter.
Pros: Stunning Place

Fabulous host!
From the moment we walked in off the street Amanda, the owner, treated us as though regulars. Her personality is warm and welcoming. The front of house service is backed up by John's quality food. The atmosphere of the building aided by the decor makes a fantastic enviroment to relax in drinking excellent wine and high quality food. Thank you very much for that beautiful evening!

Cons: Absolutely NOTHING!
Pros: Excellent food

We had a mixed set of dishes between us and there was plenty there, to be honest although we liked the look of the desserts we had no room so passed and went strait onto a coffee!

Cons: Slightly more than we would normally pay - but worth it.
