Sandown High School

Sandown High School was established in 1970 when the former Sandown Grammar and Fairway Secondary Modern schools merged at the Sandown High School site. In 2005, it gained status as a Sports College. Recently, the school has become a Foundation School and proposes to lower the age range at the school from 13–19 years to 11–19 years.
