Countryside & Landscape

This walk takes you through the countryside of Wootton and is thoroughly pleasant and worthwhile. You may even see some red squirrels along the way.

The total distance of the walk is about 3 1/2 miles  and lasts around 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

The nearest car park is Brannon Way.

Bus routes are: Ryde - Newport No. 9 or Ryde - East Cowes No. 4.

We recommend you take a pair of binoculars and a decent bird book with you.

The walk is not recommended for the disabled.

You should wear sturdy footwear for the walk.
