Although we have made a good start we do recognise that many of the current data areas at present are lacking in content. Where possible we have managed to place the source and citation of any evidence given; however, we are only scratching the surface and thus look to the users and moderators to help us update and develop the information into a truly living reference archive for the Island.

If you have a tale to tell about an historic event or a person please get in contact. It can be about a current history item, or something completely new we would love to know. You can do this by completing the contact form. You will then be contacted by one of our moderators to get your full details and any additional information that you might care to give. We would be delighted to add your name as a source if you wish, but this is not compulsory.
